SSKDM BUILDCORP LLP

If you head behind VSM Highschool in Nipani, that is where you will find our small office. SSKDM Buildcorp LLP is based right here in the Chikodi area, and we have been here for a good bit of time. It is a local operation, mostly just folks from around Belgaum working together on different builds. We do construction work, mostly houses for families but a bit of everything really. Our office at No. 67/2 is not hard to find if you know the school nearby. Working in a place like Nipani means we know a lot of our clients personally or at least have some friends in common. It makes the work feel a bit more personal than it might in a huge city like Bangalore. We spend a lot of our time out at the sites, making sure the bricklayers and carpenters have what they need for the day. Sometimes the supplies get delayed coming up the road from the main town, which is a bit of a headache for everyone. We do not have a big corporate team, just a few of us handling the books and the builds. We try to use local materials whenever it makes sense because it is practical and saves on transport costs. The weather around here can be pretty tough on construction schedules, especially during the heavy rains when the ground gets soft. We just take it day by day and try to keep our promises.
