A S Developers

Our office is in Tanish Tower, which sits right in Guruwar Peth. It’s a busy part of Tilak Wadi, and A S Developers is the name we’ve got on the door. If you ever come looking for us, you’ll find the tower is pretty easy to spot from the street. We spend a lot of our time in this small office. It isn’t a fancy place by any means, just a spot where we can get our work done. Guruwar Peth always has a lot of energy, and we enjoy being right in the middle of all that activity. Sometimes the elevators in Tanish Tower are a bit slow or out of order, so we just take the stairs instead. It keeps us moving throughout the day. We have been using the A S Developers name for a good while now. We don't really do much in the way of advertising or promotion. Most people find us because they know someone else we've worked with or they happen to live nearby. The office has some big windows, but the view is mostly just other buildings and the street noise below. It gets a bit dusty sometimes because there is always some construction happening nearby, but that’s just how it goes in this city. We have our coffee in the morning and then get straight into the files. It’s a simple routine that works for us. We don't have any big mission statements. We just show up and do what is needed.
