We’re tucked away in Shivaji Galli, at House No. 308/A in Masagonhatti, Dhamane. It’s a bit of a narrow street, which is typical for this part of the area. Our office is basically part of a residential building, which makes it feel very much like a neighborhood business. We don’t have a big storefront or any neon signs to draw attention. Most people who come to see us already know where we are through word of mouth. Inside, it’s a bit cramped with all the paperwork and samples we keep around, but we manage to stay organized. There’s a small desk where we do our accounting and a few chairs for guests to sit. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work through the day. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, except for the usual sounds of kids playing outside or a motorbike passing by. We deal with agro products and consulting, so a lot of our time is spent talking to people about their land and what they’re planning to plant next season. It’s a very personal way of doing business, often over a cup of hot tea or some snacks. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a high-tech setup to show off. It’s just us, our notebooks, and a lot of local knowledge we've picked up over the years. We’ve lived and worked in this part of Dhamane for a long time. It’s just a small family-style operation.
