Mars Earth Moving Equipments Pvt. Ltd. is based at Plot No.1, Survey No 589, in the Macche Industrial Estate. The equipment we deal with is quite large, so we need the space that this plot provides. It’s a wide-open area with plenty of room for the big machines to move around. The ground is mostly hard-packed dirt and gravel, which gets pretty dusty when the wind picks up. We spend most of our time outside or in the large bays where the maintenance happens. There is a small office on-site, but it’s mostly for keeping the logs and files in order. Most of us prefer being out where the real work is happening anyway. The Macche area is known for this kind of heavy industry, so the sound of engines is just part of the background. We have a lot of tools scattered around the benches and there’s usually a faint smell of diesel in the air. It’s physical work that leaves you tired at the end of the day. We don't have any polished brochures or fancy slogans. We just know how these machines work and how to keep them running. Sometimes a client will come by to check on something, and we just talk to them plainly about what’s being done. It’s a no-nonsense environment where we focus on the hardware. That’s just the way we like to run things here without any unnecessary fuss.
