Tool Holders Private Limited is out in the Machhe Industrial Area at Plot No. 74. Machhe is a bit of a trek from the main city, but it’s where all the manufacturing happens. We focus on making tool holders, which is precise work even if the workshop looks a bit rough around the edges. We have rows of lathes and milling machines that have seen a lot of use. The floor is stained with coolant and oil, which is pretty standard for a place like this. We don’t have a lot of staff, just a handful of people who really know how to handle the metal. Each piece we make has to be checked by hand because even a tiny mistake makes it useless. We spend a lot of time with calipers and gauges. The industrial area can be quite dusty, especially when the wind picks up in the afternoon. We have a small office area near the front gate where we handle the orders and talk to suppliers. It’s not a fancy place with polished floors or glass walls. We use every square inch of Plot 74 for production or storage. Some days are slow and we spend them cleaning the machines, and other days we’re working late to get everything finished. It’s just a normal small business trying to keep up with the daily tasks. We’ve been here in Machhe for years and most of us wouldn't know what to do in a quiet office.
