Joshi Agro Farm

Joshi Agro Farm is based at Kwality House 12. We are situated in the Mache Industrial Area. It’s a place where you’ll see a lot of sheds and small factories. Our spot is pretty basic. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or decorations. We have what we need to get the job done, and that’s about it. The industrial area is quite active, especially in the mornings. There’s always the sound of machinery or trucks nearby. We’ve been here for several years and the routine hasn't changed much. We show up, see what needs to be handled for the farm business, and get to it. It’s not glamorous work. Sometimes it’s dirty and tiring, but it’s what we do. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just a few of us working together. We talk to each other plainly and don’t bother with long emails when we can just shout across the room. If you come looking for us at Kwality House, don’t expect a shiny lobby. It’s a working building. We focus on the practical side of things. Most of the people we deal with are also local, so we all understand how things work around here. We just stay busy, keep our heads down, and try to keep everything moving along properly. It’s a steady way to live and work. We don't need anything more than that to get by.
