Express Publications (M) Ltd, Belgaum(Kar).

We are over in Tilakawadi at Vaidh Apartment. It is the second gate, specifically Flat No 206. B.R. Patil is usually around the office if you need to talk to someone. Being in Belgaum is nice because it is not as crazy as places like Bangalore. Our place is on the second floor. It is a residential building, so it feels quite homely and comfortable. We have Express Publications (M) Ltd printed on a small board near the door. There is always a stack of papers or old magazines sitting somewhere. You can hear the hum of the printers and the sound of people talking about the latest news. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or typing away at old computers. The windows look out over the street below. Tilakawadi is a pleasant area with some big trees and regular traffic. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow or stops working, so we just take the stairs. It keeps us moving during the day. We drink a lot of tea while we work on the publication schedules. It is a lot of coordination between different people. We have to make sure everything is ready on time. The office is a bit small, but we have made it work for years. People from the other flats know us. It is a simple life here in Karnataka. We just focus on getting the word out and making sure the copies are ready for everyone.
