Durga Machine Works

We are located at Ff3 in the Keshav Krupa Palace building, right on 16 Khanapur Road in Tilakwadi. It’s an interesting spot for a place called Durga Machine Works, as the building houses a mix of different things. Being on Khanapur Road means there’s always a stream of traffic going by. Our space isn't huge, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into it. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of material delivered, but we make it work. Most of the people who come to see us are locals from around Tilakwadi or people passing through. We spend our time working on various mechanical bits and pieces. There’s a constant hum from the machines, which is just the sound of a normal day for us. We don’t have any fancy displays or a showroom. If you walk in, you’re basically walking into the middle of whatever we’re fixing or building. We keep a pot of tea on most of the time. Sometimes the neighbors from the other units in Keshav Krupa Palace stop by for a chat. It’s a friendly enough place to be. We don't really have a grand plan for the business. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay on top of the work that comes in. It’s just a small shop trying to do its part on Khanapur Road. There is always something to do.
