We are based in Belgaum at Plot No 18 in Hanumannagar. If you are looking for us, we are right near the pet clinic, which is a good landmark for people who haven't been here before. The building is called Siddhiyinayak. Priya handles a lot of the emails and the phone calls, especially at the address we give out. Dealing with insurance isn't always the most exciting thing, but it is what we do every day from this office. There are a lot of papers to file and people to call back about their policies. We see a lot of local folks coming in to ask questions or drop off documents. The street outside is usually quiet enough, which is nice for getting work done. We have a small desk setup and the computer is always on. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage. We’ve been at this Hanumannagar spot for a while now. People know they can find us here if they need to talk about their coverage or just want to check on a claim. It’s a simple office, nothing too flashy or over the top. We just try to get the work done and go home at the end of the day. The pet clinic always has people waiting outside with their dogs, which is fun to see. We don't have a big sign, just a small one by the door to let you know you're there.
