You can find Allianz Associates over at 2-3-164, Church Road. We are right on the corner of Maratha Colony Road. It’s a fairly quiet spot compared to the main drags, which we like. Our office is just a simple place where we handle property matters. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us by name. It’s not a high-tech operation; we still like our paper files and face-to-face chats. The work involves a lot of checking on sites and making sure the details are right. Church Road has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a part of that. We aren't trying to do anything groundbreaking. We just help people find a place to live or a bit of land. It’s a lot of phone calls and sitting through traffic to get to different parts of the city. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with maps and old folders, but we know where everything is. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the day-to-day tasks. If someone walks in, we just tell them what’s available and what the situation is. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy. We don't spend much on advertising because people usually find us by word of mouth anyway. That’s just the way we like to run things here in the colony. It’s a steady pace and it works for us and the people who come to see us.
