Our place is at Plot No. 618, RS No. 178/2, near the TV Center in the Race Course area. It is a good spot in Belgaum. We deal with estates and land. The office is just a simple room with a couple of tables and a lot of dust. We spend most of our time out in the fields or looking at plots. It is a lot of walking and measuring. The TV Center is a good landmark if you are looking for us. We started this because we liked being outdoors and working with land. Zilac Estates isn't a huge corporation. It is just a small group of us trying to make a living. We have a lot of old maps and plot diagrams pinned to the walls. Sometimes we have to deal with the heat or the rain, but that is just how it is. We don't have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine. We just have a desk and some chairs. People come to us when they want to buy a bit of land or sell a plot they have had for years. We try to be honest about what things are worth. We know the 590001 area very well. It is home for us. We do not use big words or try to impress anyone. We just do the job and go home to our families. Some days are slow, but we always have something to do.
