Our office is sitting right above the Union Bank at the First Gate in Tilakwadi. If you are in Belgaum, you probably know where that is. We are on the first floor in F1. Dhaksh Land Developers And Realotors is mostly just us handling land stuff and real estate paperwork. It’s a busy spot because of the bank downstairs, so there’s always people coming and going. We keep the office open during regular hours and try to stay on top of the local listings. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit steep if you aren't expecting them. Inside, it's just desks and chairs and maps of different areas we look at. Sometimes things get a bit messy with all the documents, but we know where everything is. We don't do anything flashy, just the basic work that comes with being land developers. It’s a job that keeps us moving. We’ve been at this location for a bit and it suits us fine. Most of our day is spent talking to people about plots or checking out new spots around town. It's a straightforward way to earn a living in this part of Belgaum.
