Xubba Itech Private Limited is located at Plot No. 60 in the Mangirish Saraf Colony. This is over in the Tilakwadi area, which is a well-known part of town. We are situated near the Sunrays Complex on Khanapur Road. If you are familiar with the area, you know Khanapur Road is one of the main veins of the city, so it’s always buzzing with activity. Mangirish Saraf Colony itself is a bit more tucked away, which is nice because it offers a break from the heavy traffic noise. The office is on a standard plot, nothing flashy, just a functional space where we handle our daily tech tasks. We’ve got a few rooms set up for different parts of the work, and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. Most of the time it’s just the sound of keyboards clicking and the occasional conversation about a project. Tilakwadi has a nice mix of old houses and newer businesses, and it’s a comfortable place to be based. We aren't a big corporation with a fancy lobby; we just have our sign out front and our desks inside. Getting to work involves navigating the Tilakwadi railway gate sometimes, which is always an adventure. It’s a simple, honest workplace where we just focus on getting the day's tasks finished and then making our way back home through the Tilakwadi traffic.
