Vividspike It Solutions Private Limited isn't some huge company from a big city; we are right here in Belgaum doing our thing. The office is simple and practical. We have our computers set up and we spend our days dealing with IT issues and software stuff. It’s not always exciting, but it’s steady work that keeps us busy. Sometimes the streets outside get crowded with people going to the shops, but inside it’s mostly just the sound of keyboards clicking and the occasional phone call. We aren't into the whole corporate culture thing. We prefer to keep things casual. If someone needs help with a technical problem, we just sit down and look at it. There aren't many layers of management here, just us working together. Most of us grew up around this area, so we like staying local instead of moving to the bigger cities like Bangalore. We have our tea breaks together in the afternoon and talk about whatever is going on in town. It’s a good way to work without too much stress. We don't have any flashy brochures or a big marketing team. We just do the work that comes our way and try to do it right. It’s a quiet life in Belgaum, and we’re satisfied with how things are going for us here.
