You can find us in Fatehgunj, right above Rahul Electricals. We're situated behind the Sadar Bazar bus stop, so it's a pretty easy landmark to give people. It's a busy part of town with people always rushing to catch their bus. Our space is filled with all sorts of dental products, from small tools to larger equipment. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but once you’re here, it’s a world of tiny boxes and specialized instruments. We spend a lot of time counting inventory and packing up orders for various clinics. The shelves are packed tight because we try to keep a lot of variety on hand for our customers. It’s not a very big office, so things can get a little cluttered when a new shipment arrives from the manufacturers. Sometimes the noise from the bus stop downstairs is a bit much, but you get used to it after a while. We’ve got a small team that handles the orders and the shipping. I usually spend my morning answering emails from dentists who are looking for very specific items. We aren't a big corporation with a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a functional space where we get things done. Sometimes the electricity flickers when they’re doing heavy work downstairs at Rahul's shop, but we just wait a second and get back to it. It’s a straightforward business, really. We just focus on having what people need.
