We’re located over at Siddhi Vinayak Plaza in Chougulewadi. If you know the Belgaum area, specifically around CTS No.1606/1067, that’s where you will find us. Our spot is Flat No.F-02. It is a regular office space where we handle the day-to-day things for Varma Buildcon Private Limited. There is nothing fancy about the setup here, just desks and some chairs for when people come by. Being in Karnataka means we deal with the local weather and the noise from the street, but it works for us. Most days it is just us working through files or talking to folks about their building needs. Chougulewadi is a busy enough spot, so there is always something happening outside the window. We have been here for a bit now, and the neighbors in the plaza are decent people. You take the stairs or the lift up to F-02 and you’re there. It’s a practical place for a construction firm to sit and do the planning. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything like that. Usually, one of us will just look up from a desk when the door opens. It is a straightforward way of doing things, which is how we like it. The address is long on paper but easy to find once you get to the plaza. We keep the kettle going and just focus on the projects we have on the board for the week.
