Our place is at House Number 3807 in Kotwal Galli, which is right in the heart of Belgaum. If you know the area, you know it can be quite cramped and busy with people moving around all the time. The office is part of an older building, and it has that specific feel of a place that has been around for a while. We have a few rooms filled with computers and cables everywhere. It is not the most organized looking spot, but we know where everything is. The weather in Belgaum can be quite rainy, and you can hear the water hitting the roof pretty loudly sometimes. We don’t have a big corporate sign outside, just the address. Most of the time, we are just sitting inside, working through whatever software issues come our way. We drink a lot of tea throughout the day, usually brought in from the shop down the street. It’s a small team, so we all know each other’s business and help out when someone gets stuck on a problem. There isn't any fancy management style here; we just talk to each other and get things sorted. The street outside is always full of life, which is a nice contrast to the quiet work we do inside. We just show up every morning, do what needs doing, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s a decent way to earn a living in our hometown.
