Kadam Architecturals

We are located at Shop No. 4 in the Shree Homes building on Roy Road. It is a well-known spot in Tilakwadi, especially since we are quite close to the 1st Railway Gate. At Kadam Architecturals, we have been handling building designs and local projects for quite some time now. Our office isn't very large, but it serves us well for what we do. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and dealing with the local regulations here in Belgaum. It can be a bit of a headache sometimes with all the paperwork, but that’s just part of the job. Being in the 590006 area means we see a lot of the changes happening in the neighborhood. We aren't a big firm with dozens of employees. It is a small setup where we handle everything ourselves. Most of the time, you will find us hunched over a drawing board or talking on the phone with a supplier about a delivery. We don't have a polished corporate image or a fancy website. We are just local people working in the construction and design field. People drop by the shop to chat about their plans or just to get some advice on a small renovation they are planning. It is a straightforward business. We try to be practical about things and don't make promises we can't keep. It's just about doing the work and staying busy on Roy Road every single day.
