We are right near the petrol pump, which makes it easy to give directions to anyone coming to visit. Being in an industrial estate means there is always the sound of machinery and trucks moving about. Our unit is mostly dedicated to processing and storing various herbal products. The air inside often smells strongly of dried leaves and roots, which is something we've all grown to love. It's a hands-on kind of place, and we often have dust on our clothes by the end of the shift. We have a small office section at the front, but most of the action happens in the back where the stock is kept. It’s a bit of a rugged environment, but it’s where the real work gets done. We don't have any polished floors or air-conditioned lobbies; it's just a functional workspace for us and our small crew. We usually grab a quick lunch under the shade of the trees outside when the weather is nice.
