Our office is over in Shivaji Nagar at H. No. 4290, inside Datta Niwas. We’re based in Chikodi, which is a bit of a distance from the bigger cities like Bangalore. Being in the Belgaum district means we work with a lot of local folks and businesses around here. We handle contracting work, which is basically about getting things built and making sure the labor is sorted. It’s hard work, and the weather out here can be tough sometimes, but we’re used to it. The house we work out of is a familiar spot for the people nearby. We don't have a glass front office or a receptionist. Usually, it's just one of us answering the door or the phone. We take on jobs across Karnataka, but this is where everything starts. It’s a practical setup. We manage our contracts, talk to the workers, and keep our supplies moving. Sometimes it’s busy, and other times we’re just waiting for the next phase of a job to start. There’s no big mystery to how we run Eximius. It’s just honest contracting work. We’ve been part of the community here for a while, and we plan on staying. It’s a decent place to live and work, even if the pace is a bit different from the metro areas.
