You can find us at Shri Balaji Nivas, which is Plot No 7 in Samrudhi Colony. We are located on Vadagaon Road in the Angol area of Belagavi. Being in Belgaum is great because it’s our home. We do construction work, mostly around this part of town. The office is really just a room in the building where we keep our ledgers and plans. It’s not fancy at all. We spend most of our hours out at the different plots we are working on. Building houses and other structures takes a lot of patience. We deal with a lot of different people, from the guys delivering sand to the electricians. It can be a bit chaotic sometimes, but we’re used to it. We aren't a big city firm with shiny brochures. We’re just local people building for other local people. Some of the projects take months, and we’re there every step of the way. We’ve seen Belagavi grow quite a bit lately, and there’s always something new being built. We try to keep our prices fair and our work solid. That’s really the only way to stay in business around here. We don't have a big mission statement. We just want to finish the job we started so we can move on to the next one. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening.
