Our office is on the first floor of Abhishek Complex, right near the Government Marathi School on Angol Main Road. Bitmask Technology Private Limited started because we wanted a place to work on software without all the corporate nonsense. It’s a pretty basic spot. You can hear the school kids sometimes when they're out on break, which keeps things lively. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. We’re a small team, and we like it that way because it means we actually know each other. The office gets a lot of light in the morning, which is nice. We don’t have a fancy reception or a coffee bar. We just make our own drinks in the back corner using an old kettle. Most days are spent typing away and trying to solve problems for our clients. It’s not always glamorous work. Sometimes we're stuck on a single line of code for hours. But we stick with it until it’s right. The location on Angol Main Road is convenient for most of us to get to. We usually end up talking about life or the local news while we work. It’s a relaxed environment, though we do take the work seriously. We don’t use big words to describe what we do. We just build things that work. It’s a practical way to run a business. We like the local feel of this area and being part of the community here. We hope to stay for a good while.
