VIJYOTI CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

Parli Vaijnath is the town where Vijyoti Construction Private Limited is based. Our office is over in Madhavbag, cared for by Vijaykumar Venkatrao Munde. It’s a local setup through and through. Parli is a place where everyone kind of knows everyone, so we can't afford to do a bad job. We do a lot of general construction work. It’s mostly about showing up on time and making sure the workers have what they need to keep going. We don't have a website with fancy photos. Most of our work comes from people seeing what we’ve done for their neighbors. Our office space is simple. It has some old desks and a cupboard full of site ledgers that are starting to yellow. Building things here has its own set of challenges, like getting materials delivered from the bigger cities. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating those logistics. It’s a lot of manual labor and coordination. Sometimes we have disagreements with the crews, but we work it out. We aren't a huge corporation with layers of management. If you have a question, you usually just talk to the person in charge directly. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We’ve seen the town grow and we’ve had a hand in a few of the newer walls around here. It’s just us trying to make a living and doing what we know how to do every day.
