Our office is over in Shivaji Nagar, right near the Collector Office. It’s a busy part of town because of all the government buildings and people coming in to get their paperwork done. At Matoshree Developers, we are right in the middle of all that activity. You can hear the bustle of the street from our windows all day long. We don’t have a big corporate setup. It’s more of a local office where people can just walk in and have a chat. Being near the Collector Office means we see a lot of variety in our day. We spend most of our time dealing with the local land and building projects. It’s a lot of waiting and a lot of talking. We don't use fancy slogans or try to act like we are bigger than we are. We are just local people working in Shivaji Nagar. The office is a bit cluttered sometimes with blueprints and files, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical place for practical work. We’ve been here long enough to know most of the people who work in the nearby shops. It feels like a good spot to be. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized despite the chaos of the area. That's just how we operate. We usually keep some spare pens for anyone who forgot theirs for their paperwork.
