Sindphana Public School

You can find Sindphana Public School on Gadhi Road in Majalgaon. It’s out in the Beed district. The school is a pretty well-known spot around here. We have a good amount of land, so there’s plenty of space for the kids to move around. The building itself is plain and functional. We don't put much stock in fancy decorations. Instead, we focus on the classrooms and making sure there are enough benches for everyone. Living and working in Beed means we are used to the heat and the dust. We spend a lot of time just maintaining the grounds. Every morning, the buses arrive and the place fills up with noise. It stays that way until the afternoon. We have a small staff of people from the nearby villages. We aren't trying to be a big corporate entity. We are just a local school on Gadhi Road. The office is just a room with a couple of desks where we keep the registers. We spend most of our time out in the hallways or the yard. It’s a simple life here. We follow the same routine every week. There are always chores to do, like checking the water tanks or fixing a broken door. We just get on with it. It’s how things have been since we opened our doors in this part of Majalgaon, and we just keep it going.
