Nisha Buildhome Private Limited is located out at Khasra No. 31 in Beed Jasaliya, which is part of Amer Tehsil. It’s a bit away from the main city noise, which we actually prefer. We work on building homes and other structures around this area. Our office is more of a base of operations than a showroom. It’s where we keep our records and meet up before heading out to various sites. We started this because we liked the idea of actually making something you can see and touch. The team here is small, mostly people from the local area who know how things work around here. We don’t go in for big advertisements or anything like that. Word of mouth is usually how people hear about us. Some days we’re dealing with permits and paperwork, which can be a real drag, but most of the time we’re out where the actual building is happening. It’s dusty and loud, but it’s satisfying to see a house take shape. We aren't perfect, we make mistakes like anyone else, but we always try to make it right. Being in Amer, we have a lot of respect for the traditional way of doing things while trying to use modern materials. It’s just us, working hard and hoping to build something people are happy with. We plan on being here for quite a while, just taking one job at a time and getting it done.
