Miraya Constructions Private Limited is based out of Umapur in Beed. If you know the area, you know it's a quiet place most of the time. Our office is at 1504, and that's where we figure out the logistics for the building work we do around Maharashtra. It’s a lot of back and forth with trucks and labor. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us. We started doing this because there was a need for local builders who actually show up. Construction is a tough business here. You have to deal with the heat and sometimes the materials don't arrive when they should. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving between sites in Bid. It’s not a glamorous life, but seeing a structure finally stand up straight is a good feeling. We handle the basic stuff and some bigger projects too. The paperwork side of being a Private Limited company can be a headache, but we get through it. Our space in Beed is where we store the tools and have our meetings. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to finish the job we started and move on to the next one. It’s practical work for practical people. Most of our guys have been with us for a while now. We keep our tools sharp and our schedules as tight as we can manage.
