Out in Beed, we have our office in the Shardha Building. We are specifically in Flat No 02 in the Sarda Nagri area. Beed is a place where you have to work hard to get things moving. Our construction business is run from this small flat. It is not what you would call a corporate office. There are files stacked on the floor and a couple of old desks that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time out on the roads, checking on different projects. When we are in the office, it is mostly about getting the accounts sorted and talking to the labor supervisors. The Sarda Nagri neighborhood is quite busy, with people always coming and going. Sometimes the water supply in the building is a bit patchy, but we manage. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just try to finish the work we start. People in Beed know us by name, which is how we prefer it. The building itself is a standard one, nothing that stands out. We chose this location because it is central and easy for our workers to find. Most days involve a lot of tea and a lot of talking. We keep things simple because that is the only way to avoid mistakes when you are dealing with cement and steel. It is just a small group of us trying to make a living in the construction trade here.
