Our place is Hn 1207/1, which is quite close to the State Bank of India here in Georai. It’s a convenient location because everyone knows where the bank is. Being in agro processing means there is always something to clean, sort, or move around. It's a hands-on kind of business. We spend a lot of time making sure the equipment is running okay. The building itself is simple and serves its purpose well. Georai is a good place for this kind of work because we are close to the sources. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us doing the processing work day in and day out. Sometimes it gets dusty, and other times it’s very loud with the machinery going. That’s the nature of the job. Most of our staff have been with us since we started. We know the local farmers and they know us. It’s a relationship built on just showing up and doing the work. If you come by, you’ll probably see a few trucks parked nearby. We try to keep things moving as efficiently as we can. It’s not always perfect, but we get the job done. The office part of the building is where we handle the bills and the legal stuff. It’s a bit cluttered but we know where everything is. It is a real working environment.
