Jai Guru Bricks Industries

Jai Guru Bricks Industries is located in Dholadanta, right near the Gulab Devi Mundra College. Being in District Ajmer, we get plenty of sun, which is exactly what we need for the brick business. Our yard is filled with rows of drying bricks, and it is a pretty large area to manage. We spend most of our time out in the sun, checking the quality of the clay and making sure the kilns are firing properly. It is hot, dusty work, and there is no way around that. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It is just a few of us making sure the production stays on track. The college nearby is a good landmark for people coming from further away to find us. We usually deal with local contractors and individuals who are building their own homes. The process hasn't changed much over the years; it is still about the earth and the fire. We have a small office where we handle the bills and talk to customers over a glass of water. It is a straightforward life here in Dholadanta. We aren't trying to be anything other than a place that makes bricks. When the season is right, the yard is full, and when the rains come, we slow down and wait. It is just the natural cycle of the work we do here in Ajmer.
