You can find Sohal Kamal Art at No. 4108 on Vishwakarma Street. We are just off Amrik Singh Road. The street is usually pretty busy with other small shops and workshops. It’s the kind of place where everyone is making something. We have been here for quite some time now. Our shop isn't very large, but we make use of every inch of space we have. There are paint cans, brushes, and tools scattered around because we are always in the middle of a project. Amrik Singh Road has a lot of traffic, so there is always a bit of noise coming from outside. We usually start our day early before it gets too hot or too crowded. It’s a simple life, just painting and creating things for people who walk in. We don’t have a website or anything fancy; we just rely on people seeing our work on the street. Sometimes we sit outside on small stools when the shop gets too cramped. The walls are covered in marks and old sketches. It’s a bit messy, but it’s a working art shop, so that’s expected. We know most of the other shop owners on Vishwakarma Street, so there is always someone to talk to during a break. We just keep doing what we know how to do, day after day. The door sticks a little when it's humid, so you have to give it a good push to get inside.
