Malwa College Of Education

Malwa College Of Education is out in Sardulgarh, specifically at number 77 on the Sardulgarh Mansa road. It’s a quiet part of the Mansa district, which makes it a decent place for a college. We have been here for a while, focusing on training people who want to become teachers. The buildings are pretty standard and we have enough classrooms for the different groups of students. Most of the people who study here come from the nearby towns and villages. They arrive in the morning, some on the local buses and others on their own bikes. Our staff is quite small, so we end up knowing most of the students by their names. It feels more like a small community than a big institution. The library is a bit small but it has the books the students need for their education courses. We spend our days going through the syllabus and making sure everyone is ready for their exams. There isn't much in the way of fancy decorations or high-tech gadgets around here. We just use what we have to get the teaching done. Sometimes we have a bit of a gathering in the common area, but mostly it is just the daily routine of classes and study. Sardulgarh is a simple place and we are just a local college trying to help the youth around here get their qualifications so they can work in schools.
