Hotel Bahia Fort

I’ve been working at Hotel Bahia Fort on The Mall for a while now. It’s one of those places that’s just always been part of the landscape here in 151001. We get people coming in for all sorts of reasons. Some are just passing through town for work, others are here for weddings held nearby. The building itself has its own character, not like those modern glass boxes you see everywhere these days. It feels solid. Our rooms are straightforward. We try to keep things clean and comfortable without making a big fuss about it. Usually, you’ll find us around the front desk or in the hallways making sure everything is where it should be. The Mall is a busy spot, so there is always something going on right outside our doors. It’s handy for anyone wanting to be in the middle of things. We don't really do the fancy corporate talk. If a lightbulb goes out, we fix it. If you need an extra towel, we get you one. It is just a regular hotel run by regular people who know the area well. Most guests seem to appreciate that we aren't trying too hard to be something we’re not. It is just a place to stay while you’re in Bathinda, nothing more, nothing less. We see the same faces coming back every few months, which is nice because it feels like a small community inside the walls.
