Ostosol Technology Private Limited is located in a place called Tikariya, which is near Harraiya in the Basti district. Our office is actually Room No. 2 in House Number 06. It’s a small village setup, which is quite different from the big city offices you see in Noida or Lucknow. We are right in the middle of things here. It’s a very grounded way of working. We don’t have high-speed elevators or fancy glass walls. It’s just a room where we have our equipment and we get on with our tech work. Being in Basti means we are far away from the big corporate hubs, but we like the peace and quiet. Most of the people around here are farmers or small shop owners. We are probably the only ones doing this kind of technology work in this specific village. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know how to handle the tasks. We don't have any big promises or mission statements. We just try to get through our tasks well so we can keep the business going. Sometimes the power goes out, or the roads are bad after the rain, but that’s just life here. We don’t mind. It makes things interesting. We focus on our daily tasks and try to make sure everything is running by the time we close up for the evening.
