Nanosoft Business Systems Private Limited is located in Basti, right by the Rauta Chauraha. We are set up at the office of Amrish Kumar Pandey in Block Basti. It’s a busy intersection, so there’s always something happening outside. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now, and it’s a convenient place for us since it’s easy to reach from different parts of the town. The office itself is pretty basic. We have what we need to get the job done—mostly just computers and a place to sit. We don't really go for the high-end office decor. It’s more about having a functional space where we can focus on the business systems we handle. The team is small, and we all know each other’s habits by now. Working in Basti is different from being in a big city; things move a bit slower, but we still have plenty of work to keep us busy all day. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting and making sure the systems stay up and running. Sometimes clients drop by because they’re in the neighborhood, and we just talk to them at our desks. There’s no big meeting room or fancy presentation screen. We just explain things as they are. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business, and it seems to work out fine for everyone involved here.
