Megamind Software Study Centre

Megamind Software Study Centre is tucked away in Kumharpara. To find us, you have to go behind the Jalaram Temple and down the Gujrati Sadan Gali. It is a quiet little alleyway, which makes it a very good spot for a study centre. We have a room filled with computers where local students come to learn about software and basic programming. It is not a high-tech campus. It is just a simple place with desks and old office chairs. We started this because there was not a place nearby for kids to learn these important skills. Most of the time, the room is full of the sound of clicking keyboards and low murmurs as students help each other out with their work. We do not have a big staff, just a few of us who know a bit about computers and want to share that knowledge. Sometimes the power goes out and we all have to take a break until it comes back on. The walls have a few posters about coding languages, and there is always a jar of biscuits somewhere for anyone who gets hungry. It is a very informal environment. We do not care about fancy titles or anything like that. We just want the people who come here to walk away knowing more than they did when they walked in. It is a neighborhood spot where everyone is welcome to sit down.
