Shrikanwartara Public Higher Secondary School is a familiar sight for anyone living in this part of Khargone. We have a decent-sized building in Shrinagar Colony. The classrooms are filled with rows of wooden benches that have seen many years of use. You can see where students have scratched their names over the years. We don't try to hide that; it’s just part of the school’s history. The staff here are mostly local people who care about the town. We spend a lot of time talking to parents at the gate about how their kids are doing. It’s not a formal thing, just a quick chat while they are on their way to work.
