Nimad Solutions is based out in Gram Lalkheda, which is part of the Bhikangaon tehsil. It’s a far cry from the busy streets of Indore. Being out in the village means things move a lot slower here. Our office is located at Manish Ashok Jayswal’s place, and it’s a very simple, rural setup. You can see the fields from the door, and depending on the season, it’s either very green or quite dusty. We don't have high-speed city infrastructure, but we make do with what we have. It’s a quiet place to work, mostly just the sound of the wind or the occasional tractor passing by on the road. The team is small, just a few local people who know each other well. We sit around a couple of large tables with our laptops and try to stay productive. It’s not a fancy tech hub with glass walls and coffee machines. We drink water from a clay pot and usually have our lunch together, talking about local news or what’s happening in the village. It’s an honest way to work, and being close to home is important for us. We might not have the big city amenities, but we have peace and a community that knows us. It’s a humble operation, but we put in the effort every day to keep things moving forward for the business. There is no point in trying to be something we aren't.
