Universal Agro-Chemical Industries

We are located on the second floor of Sco 77-78 over in Swastik Vihar. It’s in Mdc Sec-5, which is usually quite crowded during the middle of the week. Universal Agro-Chemical Industries isn't on the ground floor, so you have to walk up the stairs. The lift works most of the time, but we usually just take the steps anyway. It keeps us moving. The office looks out over the street, so we see everyone coming and going throughout the day. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls around here. We have a few rooms filled with files and a small area for guests to sit, though we don't get many walk-ins. Most of our work happens over the phone or through emails these days. The air conditioning is a bit loud in the summer, but we definitely need it. Mdc Sec-5 has a lot of other businesses nearby, so there is always somewhere to grab a quick lunch. We’ve been in this building for several years now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We just focus on getting the orders processed and making sure the inventory is right. It’s a steady pace. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to catch up on. It’s just a regular office where we get things done. There is nothing too fancy or complicated about how we run things here on the second floor.
