Samridhi Bioculture Pvt. Ltd. is basically run out of H.No.123 in Sector-F. Sainik Colony is a quiet place compared to the main city markets, which I like. We deal with bioculture stuff, mostly looking at how to make things grow better without using all those harsh chemicals everyone uses these days. It started as a small idea and just stayed here at this house. We have some equipment in the back and a few desks where we keep our papers. My neighbor often asks what all those containers are for when they see the trucks pulling up. I tell them it’s just science mixed with some dirt. We aren’t a giant factory. It’s mostly just a few of us making sure everything is mixed right and sent out on time. The office feels more like a home because, well, it is one. We drink a lot of coffee and talk about the weather affecting the batches. Sometimes the internet goes out when it rains heavy, and we just have to wait it out. We don’t have a big sales team or anything. Most people who buy from us have been doing it for years. It’s a steady way to live and we try to keep things honest and straightforward. The gates are usually open if someone wants to drop by and ask about what we are doing with the cultures.
