Subrata Benerjee

Subrata Benerjee is the name, and you can find me at 172, Hb Town. This is located on Sodepur Road in the Kolkata 700110 area. Hb Town is a decent place to be. It’s got a bit of a residential feel, which I like. The address at 172 is where I spend most of my day. It’s not a corporate office with a receptionist; it’s just me and the work. Sodepur Road can get pretty crowded, especially during the evenings when everyone is heading home, but my spot is just a little bit away from the worst of it. I’ve lived and worked in 700110 for quite some time now. The neighbors are mostly people I’ve known for years. We don't have any big billboards or anything. I just have my name on the gate so people know it’s the right house. The inside is pretty simple. I’ve got a desk, a few chairs, and a lot of paper. It’s a bit cluttered sometimes, but I know where everything is. People stop by when they need something, and we just sit and talk through whatever it is. It’s a very local way of doing things. I don’t see a reason to change it or move to a bigger place. 172 Hb Town works just fine for what I do. It’s home and work all in one. I guess I’ll be here for a long time yet, just getting on with things in my own way. It's a quiet life, really, and I prefer it that way over the noise of the city.
