We are a group of farmers here in Bahadur Para. Our setup is right at Nigro Riyang’s place. It’s not a big fancy office, just where we handle the business side of our organic crops. Most of us spend our days out in the fields around this part of the region. We started Yapri Organic Producer Company Limited because we wanted to get our stuff to people without too many middlemen. It is hard work getting the soil right for organic farming but we stick with it. Some days are slow and others are really busy when the harvest comes in. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly just us talking to neighbors and local shops. People know where to find us if they need anything. We use the methods our parents used, keeping things simple and natural. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate, but that's just how farming goes. We’ve been here a while now and the community knows what we do. Our address is over at C/O Nigro Riyang, Bahadur Para, and you’ll usually see someone around during the day. We are just trying to make a living growing things the way they should be grown. It’s a quiet life but we like it that way. If you walk by, you’ll see us working on the logs or checking the seeds. We don't promise anything crazy, just honest work from the ground.
