Out here in New Tawarpahadpur, things move a little slower than in the big cities. Crops Hill Agriworld Private Limited is basically just us working through the seasons. We aren't a big operation with hundreds of people. It’s mostly a few of us who know the land around here. You can find us right in the heart of New Tawarpahadpur. The roads get a bit muddy when it rains, so we spend a lot of time cleaning off our boots before stepping inside. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with suits or big meetings. Usually, it's just a conversation over a cup of water or tea. We deal with agricultural stuff because that is what happens in this area. It makes sense to do what you know. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. It isn't a flashy life. We have been here for a while and most neighbors know us by name. If someone stops by, they usually just walk in. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. It is just a workspace where we get the bills paid and keep the registers straight. Every day is different depending on what is growing or what the market is doing. We just take it as it comes and try to stay busy enough to keep the lights on and the work moving. It's just simple living.
