We are based out in Sanghera, as part of the larger Trident Group area. It’s a big site, so when people come to visit, they sometimes get lost trying to find the specific building where we handle the Mytrident stuff. Sanghera is a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the bigger cities, but it’s where everything happens for us. The office itself is pretty functional. We have rows of desks and a lot of computers because that’s what we need to keep the website and the operations going. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters with glass elevators or anything like that. It’s a place where people show up, do their shift, and go home. We have a lot of different people working here, some who have been with the group for years and some who are just starting out. The atmosphere is generally pretty focused, though it gets a bit loud during the shift changes. We don’t spend money on expensive art or high-end furniture. Most of our chairs are just standard office ones that have seen better days. We care more about making sure the systems stay online and the orders get processed correctly. Outside, you can see the industrial side of the Trident operations, which reminds us that we are part of something bigger, even if our daily work is mostly digital. It’s a solid place to work, and we just try to keep things moving forward every day.
