We are located right near Bohara Masjid in Kanore, specifically in Ward Number 14 around Shiv Ganj Bazar. It’s a busy part of town, always something going on outside our windows. Technocrates Helpdesk Solutions Private Limited is basically a small team that likes to stay busy helping folks out with their technical issues. We moved into this spot because it’s central and everyone knows where the bazaar is. It’s not a fancy glass building, it’s just a regular space where we have our computers and phones set up. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the market outside, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't a corporate giant with thousands of employees. We’re just local people who know a thing or two about helpdesk work. If you come by, you’ll probably see us with headsets on, trying to walk someone through a problem. We don’t spend much on decorating or anything like that. We’d rather just have good tools and a decent internet connection. It’s a bit cramped when we’re all in at once, but it makes it easier to ask each other questions. We’ve been part of the Shiv Ganj Bazar area for a while now and we don't plan on moving anytime soon. It’s where we feel at home and where we get our best work done.
