Pawan Suppliers

You can find Pawan Suppliers at Shop No. 4 inside the Co-operative Marketing Society building on Chohtan Road. It’s a busy spot with a lot of coming and going. We’ve been here for a bit now, just supplying whatever the local folks and builders need for their projects. It’s a lot of lifting bags and boxes, and our backs usually ache by the time we close up for the evening. We try to keep a good variety of stuff in stock so nobody has to drive all the way into the bigger cities for basic supplies. The shop is a bit cramped because we try to fit as much as we can inside, but we know where everything is. It’s mostly just a few of us running the place. We don't use any fancy computers for everything; a lot of it is still done with a pen and a ledger book. People come in, ask for what they need, we load it up, and they go on their way. It’s straightforward. The road outside is always dusty with the trucks passing by, but that’s just how Chohtan Road is. We’ve gotten to know the other shop owners in the society pretty well over the years. We help each other out when things get busy. It’s a decent way to make a living and we like being part of the local trade. We stay open as long as there is light and people are still working.
