Larsen & Toubro Limited

Our setup is quite simple, located at G-18 in Mahaveer Nagar, Barmer. If you know Rajasthan, you know Barmer is a place where you have to deal with a lot of dust and heat. Our office for Larsen & Toubro Limited is not anything special to look at from the outside. It is just a ground-floor unit in a regular street. Inside, it is mostly functional. We have some sturdy furniture because the desert sand gets into everything if you are not careful. We do not have any fancy decorations or marketing posters on the walls. We have a couple of computers, a big table for meetings, and a lot of logbooks. The local market is close by, so we usually get our lunch from the small shops around the corner. It is a small group of us here, and we all know each other well. We do not use any corporate jargon or have long meetings about nothing. We just talk about what needs to get done for the day and then we do it. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out or work on the physical files. It is a slow-paced area but we keep busy enough. We are just a local team doing our bit in this corner of the state without any unnecessary polish or pretense. Every day brings its own little challenges, but we get through them together.
