Computer Date Opertar

We operate out of Prem Photocopy here in Balotra. It is a busy little shop in the Barmer district. Most of the time, the sound of the photocopy machine is going in the background. We handle a lot of typing work and data entry for people who come in. It is often very hot here, so we try to keep the space as cool as we can with a small cooler. People bring in handwritten pages, and we sit at the keyboards and put it all into the computer. It is simple work, but it needs to be done right. We do not have a big team, just a couple of us who are fast with our fingers. Sometimes the local farmers come in needing help with their paperwork. We have been in this spot for years, and the locals know to find us next to the copy machines. It is not a fancy office with air conditioning and glass walls. It is just a desk, a couple of chairs, and some computers that have seen better days. We stay until the work is finished, even if it is late. Barmer is a tough place sometimes with the heat, but we just keep our heads down and type. We do not do anything flashy or loud. We just make sure the data gets entered correctly for whoever needs it done that day.
