Operp is located in a small place called Kharmunda, which is over by Bardol in the Bargarh district of Orissa. Our pin code is 768038. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't from around here, but it's where we’ve set up our home base. The office is pretty basic. We have a few tables, some chairs, and our equipment. Most of the day is spent handling the operational side of things that the business requires. We don’t have a lot of fancy technology, just what we need to get the job done correctly. Living and working in Bargarh means things move at a slightly slower pace than in the big cities, which suits us just fine. We deal with the local community and handle the work that comes through our doors without much fuss. The building itself is just a regular structure in Kharmunda, nothing that stands out too much. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves and provide a service that was needed in this part of Orissa. Sometimes the internet is a bit patchy, but we manage to stay on top of our tasks. It is a quiet life, mostly focused on the daily routine of managing the office and making sure everything is in order. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; it’s just a few of us doing the actual work every day.
