We are based out in Village Mudia Ahmad Nagar, which is in the Bareilly area. It is a bit different for a pharmaceutical company to be in a village, especially one that handles online orders, but it works for us. We have enough space here to manage everything without the high costs of being in the middle of a big city. Wellcaremeds is mostly about managing the flow of medicine from the suppliers to the people who need them. We have a warehouse area that we keep very clean and organized. It is a lot of work to keep track of everything on the computer while also dealing with the physical stock. The village is quiet for the most part, which is a nice change from the traffic in Bareilly. We have a few local people who help us out with the packing and the logistics. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, but that is just part of living in this area. We don't have a big corporate mission or anything. We just want to do our jobs well and keep the business running. It is a straightforward life and it suits us fine. We take our lunches together and talk about the local news.
